Dying to Knit

Img_5062 Img_5076

This is the time of the year that you will find various balls of Lopi or Brown Sheep heaped on the ottoman  and sprawled about the rug below. I like to knit with colors I like. Don't you all? So that means overdying and that's what I did here. The red isn't as obvious but the others are.

Aurora Mitts in progress, looking a little goofy but very warm and quick knitting.

Oh, boy! Igloo building!! We did that as kids all the time. And snow forts and all those snow people and critters! Ahhhh... thanks for the stroll down memory lane. :)

Igloos! What fun. When my older 2 were small they made one. With all of this snow it'll be perfect. My youngest would love that!

Nice overdyeing and super mittens.

Really lovely dyed yarns! Pretty colors!
And waw the igloo is just awesome! Never build an igloo so huge like this!

I remember building the best snow fort ever when I was a kid. I was so sad when it melted.

You did a great job with the overdyeing!

Oh those yarn colors are so luscious! Love your mittens! :D Happy Holidays!

The color changes are lovely. Fun mittens, FUN igloo.
